I can't remember if I've shared this recipe here or not, but even if I have, it's worth sharing again. This is a perfect frozen treat for the summertime! It's become a classic with my family!
INGREDIENTS
6 oz. chocolate bar
2 t. hot chocolate mix
1 1/2 T. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
* Melt chocolate bar
* Stir in the hot chocolate mix and sugar
* Add 1/2 c. milk
* Put mixture in blender and add the remaining 1 c. of milk
* Blend with 3 c. ice
* Top with whipped cream and chocolate bar shavings (or if you're like me, only chocolate bar shavings - whipped cream, blech!)
