.:Mouth-Watering Wednesday - Cilantro Lime Shrimp:.

I'm so sad that I don't have a picture to share with you guys to make your mouth water a little bit more.

But trust me when I tell you that this is one of the most delicious things you will put in your mouth all summer long. Unless you don't like shrimp. Then you might want to just skip on over this post.

This is seriously easy, and the result is amazing!

I just got a frozen bag of shrimp from the grocery store. You could obviously use fresh as well.

Put it in a bowl, and juice some limes over them. Chop up some cilantro and mix that in there, too.

Let it marinate in the fridge for a few hours.

You could probably grill these and it would be delicious, but we left them cold.

Yummy to eat plain, but even better to throw on a corn tortilla with some cabbage, cilantro, lime juice, and maybe even a little Cafe Rio dressing.

It's fresh and light for the summer time, and sooooooooo tasty!

If only being pregnant didn't make me limit my seafood intake; I'd be eating these babies every day!

  1. Love cilantro and lime! I don't have any shrimp on hand, but I just took some chicken out of the freezer and I have a bunch of cilantro and even some lime. I think my dinner plan just changed! :)
