Happy Monday!
And Happy Halloween!
I hope you all have some spooktacular plans to celebrate this last day of October!
While I have to admit that Halloween doesn't really do it for me, it is pretty fun experiencing it with kids. We've had a lot of fun wearing our costumes as much as possible!
We did a homemade Halloween this year, but we kept it pretty simple. My three year old is really into Ariel and Disney princesses in general right now. So we went with a mermaid costume for her, red hair and all!

Not bad, eh?
And since I wanted my girls to match, my one year old got to be a dolled up, girlified Flounder. She really hated the fin on her back, so I'd have to distract her as soon as we put the shirt on so she would forget about it. I'd say she makes a pretty cute Flounder, yes? Okay, she looks a little rough. No matter what I do, her hair is always crazy.
And my husband and I went with skeleton shirts, ideas courtesy of Make It and Love It. I'm not going to lie; drawing those templates and cutting them out took a long time! But it was worth it, no?
Here's a little Halloween round up from some Halloween ideas I've shared in the past:
Trick or Treat Bag (original idea from Sister's Stuff)
Now, before you head out to get more candy and endure the craziness of Halloween, go ahead and link up what you've been up to lately - tutorials, crafts, recipes, giveaways, shops - just go for it!
Have a safe and happy Halloween!
